Yes — freehold ownership, Jila Panchayat approved and residential converted, with immediate possession on most blocks. Every paper is shown and explained to you before the advance token amount is taken.
Yes. Each campus has a complete boundary wall, one controlled main entrance gate, a security guard on duty and CCTV coverage at the gate and along the main roads. Security is the first thing we build, not the last.
